Get it together or leave it alone. . .

JUICING TRIALS CONTINUED . . .
So I fell off the wagon for about 3 weeks. I not only fell off the wagon, I tumbled, hit a few rocks, landed in mud, skinned my knee, broke a nail, and my left shoe fell off. All my own doing, mind you. I gave in to the normal stressors of my life and (momentarily I hope) suspended my reality. I've had several weeks of celebrating for no particular reason. Burgers, fries, soda, bacon avocado eggrolls, bread, butter, cheese enchiladas, more fries, candy, chips, and muffins (the chocolate chip muffins from Albertson's to be precise). In addition to that I started staying up way too late, stopped exercising and stopped drinking water. When I am off, I am very good at it. Sooooooo . . .

Peaches, water, banana
Spinach

I am trying to get back on the good foot. I used spinach because dear husband Will, said that kale is so overpowering it would totally disrespect my drink (I'm paraphrasing).

Grapes

More closer - good English
I am trying to convince myself that stress eating cherries and grapes is the same as stress eating M & M's with peanuts. Talk about suspending one's reality! Agave Nectar is a natural sweetener. I didn't use it because the banana is already sweet. The drink turned out  green, but it was healthy.
